Vinyl Decks: Less Hassle, Less Costly

Sitting outside on your deck with guests, friends, and family can be relaxing, rewarding, and refreshing. The majority of people think of decks as a gathering place in their backyard and as such don't usually give much thought to their upkeep or the long-term costs associated with it.

Those homeowners with decks made of wood will tell you that after the first year passes, their decks tend to lose their luster and some even begin to crack, warp, and see the paint peel from the wood. Once the spring and summer roll around however it can be extremely inconvenient to install a new deck or to have an existing one repaired. This inconvenience comes from both the homeowners desire to continue enjoying your deck without interruption and the high costs associated with deck repair.

This is why it's a good idea to at the very least consider a deck made of vinyl when the need for deck repair, upgrade, or new installation arise. Vinyl does not suffer from the same problems or the same type of decay that wood does which means homeowners won't have to worry about spending large sums of money to have it repaired after years of use nor will they miss a spring or summer due to repairs and upgrades.

Orange County Railings - A Lifetime of Protection

If you're going to build a patio, deck or other raised space you have to make sure that the edges are properly protected. But do you really want a wooden railing that can wear out and rot in the elements to be the only thing between your family and a bad fall over the side? Some people think that you have to sacrifice the look of your backard for that safety, but we have Orange County railings that give you the best of both worlds.

The Vinyl Fence Company decks delivers the simple beauty of a 6” wood-grain deck board that has a non slip surface. These Los Angeles railings are made of rigid virgin vinyl that do not use wood fillers, saw dust or recycled plastic. The result is a deck that is very consistent with no batch to batch variations, eliminating many of the fading and color variation problems common in composite decks.

• The vinyl material combines out proprietary design to bring you a deck with superior rigidity that can span 24” on center.
• Unlike many composite deck materials that will sag at this wide span, ours will not. And since most existing wood deck joists are made with 24” centers, the strength of our deck eliminates the need to reframe joists to meet the 16” on-center requirement of composite decks.
• The deck stays cool to the touch under the hot sun and is fire resistant.
• The strongest and most reliable deck available today'
• A lifetime of guaranteed performance.
